My name is Dr. Anthony LaLama, podiatrist, co-owner of Premier Foot and Ankle. I've been doing this for 10 years in private practice, three years surgical residency prior to that. I got into it for multiple reasons. There's diversity with the practice so you could do anything from musculoskeletal to biomechanics to dermatology. Diabetic limb salvage is more of my passion. as opposed to anything else in the field that just kind of developed as I... started practicing, but that's it. I got into it more, the diversity and... the capability to... kind of approach situations differently.

Dr. LaLama performed his surgical training at Providence Hospital in Southfield, MI excelling in foot and ankle reconstruction, diabetic limb salvage, sports medicine injuries, and wound care. Dr. LaLama researched and published articles in The Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery as well as Podiatry Today Magazine during his residency. Board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
